Open Mic Twin Stomach

Ever since having twins my stomach is weird looking. I hate summer clothes because they make me feel fat, like I’m highlighting my midsection. What are some good summer options for minimizing my tummy area?

hi jennifer,
i love your blog and all the outfits you put together. i am wondering what you would suggest for those of us who live in really hot places (ie: houston, tx) where cardigans (even thin ones) and pants are just not bearable during the summer – not even at night. it’s mid-april and already 90 degrees here. i like the rule that the third piece (ie: scarf, cardigan, etc.) completes the outfit, but i don’t know how to do that in the summer when it’s 100+ degrees outside. any tips??? thanks!

Hi there! GREAT question. Summer layering gets more difficult for sure.
My tips for this… layered tanks, bold accessories, belts, great handbags, and cute shoes.
Accessories are always very important but they are also great “layers” when it is too hot to wear “layers”.
