When we purchased my home we named this room “The Fun Room” basically I wanted it to be the place for entertaining guests, cocktail hours, or just sitting in my throne strategizing with a coupe of Champagne. So I went for a super playful esthetic. I had always wanted a white couch but knew with my kids and dogs it wouldn’t be white for long in the family room. So I thought this would be the perfect place for my dream couch. I made SURE it was slipcovered so I could throw it in the laundry as needed. I am happy to say we have been in the house four years and the white couch is still white! The other items I have collected over the years, some old, some brand new, some expensive, but most from Ikea, Target and H&M, and Etsy!
