Happier –This was the best book I read this year. It was written years ago but I just discovered it. It was recommended by Brene Brown. I love the science of happiness… I read Shawn Achor’s “The Happiness Advantage” years ago. This year I discovered “Happier” by  Tal Ben-Shahra I also recommend the “Even Happier” workbook these two books are easy to read and have little assignments at the end of each chapter. Sooo good. I recommend buying a copy so you can write in it and take notes. Plus it will be something you might want to re-read in the future
