An ode to aromatherapy… We have lots to gain from breathing slowly and deeply. Add essential oils to our environs and we can relax more easily. I do like to have a moment with the candles from Anthropologie…the Volcano scent to be specific. It takes me away like Calgon! It is an olfactory tour de force. It doesn’t hurt that the smell reminds me of the store. I tend to love strolling the store. Having the aroma at home is therapy without the retail. I am exploring the numerous benefits of essential oils and I will relay more findings soon.
