I am desperate for resources for short, fat ladies. 🙂 I'm in that in between place where 'normal' sizes are too tight and plus sizes make me look twice as large as I already am, so my style is whatever I can find at stores like Wal-Mart or Zellers (I'm in Canada, so we have a much smaller plus selection…). And, because of that jumble, I don't really have a style or any cohesiveness to my wardrobe, which is even more frustrating.

  4. Its adorable! I love it!!! 🙂 Ok, I have a question. I have an issue with shorts and summer tops…together.I have a booty and a chest, so shorts are kinda hard to find that look good, but also fit right. At the same time I don't want to wear really high cut or low cut tops, not too tight, but not ultra loose tops either. What style of shorts are the right style to be flattering on someone like me and what kind of top should be paired with it? I love dressing in the winter. I feel like I have that season down for the most part, but I dread the summer in regards to clothing. Thanks! 🙂

  5. How can someone with a large chest and a less than small waist find a dress that does not make her look pregnant?

My problem is finding something suitable to go with my "basic black work pants and jacket" with a large chest, every button up shirt that is traditionally shown makes me look even more "chesty" than I already am, and I don't like wearing knits – they look a little too cheap and generally bunch at the chest as well. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

  7. I'm super confused about pants right now, especially jeans. What cut of jeans is trending right now and which ones should I be looking at for fall? As a 33-year old mom of 4, I practically live in jeans but walking into a store am still seeing boot cut right next to skinny jeans.

  10. I'm a young (early twenties)professional and while I love clothes, I'm slightly challenged when it comes to work clothes and my budget. My non-profit work environment is business casual and my boss typically wears a high neck top and black pants. I don't want to mimic her style but I definitely use her's as a 'yard stick'. Can you suggest some styles that are cute and age appropriate but also work appropriate? I love Anne Taylor Loft and mostly shop there but I would love to hear your opinion. Thanks!

  11. That sweater and camisole are from J Crew Spring 2007. I know this only because I bought both of these items to wear for events at my brother's wedding in the bay area of California. I had had my son just 4 months before and wanted something bright and springy which also covered up my stomach area. I still wear mine all the time (although not in the summer since I am in Texas where it is currently 103).

  12. I have an outdoor photo session scheduled for this Saturday for my three children, daughter-8, son-6 and another son 15 months old. I am having trouble trying to coordinate their outfits for their ages and gender. I was planning the boys to wear khaki shorts and my daughter to wear a khaki cargo skirt. Just need help figuring out their tops. I am looking for something affordable and color coordinated. We live in Seattle WA so if you have any store suggestions that would be awesome. I appreciate your help!
